Although digital media is constantly growing I truly believe that people still love to have beautifully designed and printed material in their hands. I am regularly asked to design for the following applications but am happy to look at any print project you may require.

In recent years Virtual Staging has emerged as a formidable technological advancement in home staging techniques. It’s a cost-effective alternative to traditional staging, giving the option of different settings.
With a high percentage of buyers start looking online, and will view the pictures first so you only have a few moments to catch a buyer’s eye and empty properties don’t always give the best representation of a home.

There is no price list or hourly rate as I am a freelance designer I believe in a very personal service and I quote each and every job on an individual basis as every project is different.
The quotes I provide are always based on a realistic timeline and the amount of time I believe a job will take. I am always clear exactly what is included and am happy to provide free rough drafts.
As I work independently I can also offer a quick turnaround time on most projects, possibly within 24 hours (Although this will cost you a little more…) I believe in providing an excellent after care service and not just sending you a final file that you don’t know what to do with. I am happy to correspond with your printers for example, or do a size / layout change for you so new artwork can also be used on social media for no extra charge.
If there is something you need or are not sure about you just have to ask. Once a project is complete and proofs are signed off payment is required before and final print files will be released.
